Tasks

Everything about creating, managing, and reviewing the work your agents do.

Creating Tasks#

Create a task by describing what you need in natural language. The platform analyzes your request and routes it to the most appropriate agent based on skills and availability.

You can also assign tasks directly to a specific agent, set a priority level, and add context or attachments.

Task Lifecycle#

StatusDescriptionWhat Happens Next
CreatedTask is submitted and queuedAgent picks it up automatically
In ProgressAgent is actively workingWait for completion or approval request
Needs ApprovalAgent has output ready for reviewYou approve, reject, or request changes
CompletedWork is done, results availableView output, download artifacts
FailedSomething went wrong during executionRetry, reassign, or edit and resubmit

Priorities#

Tasks can be assigned one of four priority levels:

  • Low: Background work, no rush
  • Normal: Standard priority (default)
  • High: Should be handled soon
  • Urgent: Needs immediate attention, jumps the queue

Agents prioritize work based on these levels. Urgent tasks interrupt lower-priority work when possible.

Search, Filter & Sort#

The Tasks view gives you full control over finding and organizing your work:

  • Search: Full-text search across task titles and descriptions
  • Filter by status: Show only active, completed, failed, or needs-approval tasks
  • Filter by agent: See tasks from a specific agent or department
  • Filter by priority: Focus on urgent or high-priority items
  • Sort: By date created, date updated, priority, or credit cost

Task Output#

When a task completes, the output includes:

  • Result text: The agent's primary output (research findings, drafted content, analysis, etc.)
  • Artifacts: Any files, documents, or structured data produced
  • Credit usage: How many credits the task consumed
  • Duration: How long the task took to complete
  • Agent notes: Any observations or follow-up suggestions from the agent

Tip

You can re-run any completed task with one click, useful when you want a fresh take or when your input data has changed.
