Welcome to ohwow

Your AI team, organized into departments, ready to run your business operations.

What is ohwow?#

ohwow gives you AI agents organized into departments, just like a real company. Each agent has a role, a set of skills, and the ability to execute tasks autonomously or with your approval.

You give instructions in plain English, and your agents handle the rest: research, writing, scheduling, outreach, data analysis, and more. Everything runs through a single dashboard where you can monitor progress, approve work, and track your business growth.

Who It's For#

ohwow is built for founders, operators, and teams who need to move fast. If you want to automate operations and focus on what matters, ohwow gives you leverage.

Freelancers

Automate client research, proposals, follow-ups, and invoicing while you focus on the actual work.

SaaS Founders

Let agents handle content marketing, support tickets, competitor analysis, and release notes.

Agency Owners

Scale your output without scaling your headcount. Agents draft, research, and coordinate across projects.

How It Works#

  1. 1.Sign up and onboard: Tell ohwow about your business type, goals, and what you need help with. The platform generates AI agents tailored to your operations.
  2. 2.Assign tasks: Give instructions in natural language. Tasks get routed to the right agent automatically, or you can assign them directly.
  3. 3.Review and approve: Agents work autonomously but check in when they need your sign-off. Swipe through approvals quickly (right to approve, left to reject).
  4. 4.Grow your business: Track progress through growth stages, earn badges, and unlock new capabilities as your business scales.

Growth Stages#

As you use ohwow, your workspace progresses through 10 growth stages, from Spark (just getting started) all the way to Empire (fully scaled, your AI team is running itself). Each stage reflects real activity: tasks completed, integrations connected, workflows created, streaks maintained, and badges earned. You can see your current stage on the dashboard.
